Government Gateway User ID
To apply online, you need a Government Gateway user ID and password. If you do not have a user ID, you can create one when you apply.
NRL Postal Application To Receive Rent without Deduction of UK tax
HMRC also provides the following postal application NRL1 Postal Form to allow NRLs to apply to have rent without deduction of UK tax.
